PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The SUSC Blackbear Grassroots program has been specifically desinged to include age specific games and exercises which teach players the fundamentals of the game while maximizing participation and enjoyment. There are no boring line drills or repetitive exercises in our classes. We try to include every player in all of our ’teaching games" to ensure attention is not lost and every player benefits at all times.
Grassroots classes are offered for players 4-9 yrs of age.
Seacoast United Blackbear will offer Grassroots in two locations:
- Bangor to be held at the Fields4Kids Facility (located at 129 Farm Road)
- Northport to be held at the Point Lookout Facility Gymnasium (located at 67 Atlantic Highway)
PLAYER GEAR PACKAGES
Training gear is optional and can be purchased online by clicking the shop link to the left. Kit includes a Dri-fit Shirt, Shorts, and Socks for $30. Youth small, youth medium, and youth large sizes are available.
